My appointment was at 5:30 and I was not called back until 6PM. Everyone was very kind, though, and I don't blame anyone. I think they just fell behind. Dr. Paul Malick is terrific and the best doctor I've ever had as a GP. Staff at the front desk was polite and helpful as well.

My appointment was at 9:30 but I was home by 9:30. I arrived a little early hoping I would be seen early and it did work in my favor.

My visits are always on time. My only suggestion is to have benches outside, there is times when you need to sit before going to your car, or waiting to be picked up. Please it would be a great help.

I'm not happy I didn't get a timely response regarding my test results. I called and left messages and sent an emessage. I'm concerned. It's already very very hard to get an appointment.

Dr. Malick is always great. His tech on this visit was excellent too! Front desk staff was great as well.

My only complaint, e check in. Why have me e checkin but still have to stand in line to tell front desk I am there... thought the whole purpose for it is to avoid standing in line. Then basically be talked to like I was dumb because I didn't AFTER e check in saids unless I have to speak to front desk I can just go sit down! Make it make sense!! Let me clear up, the BOA was nice but it was like a customer service "I have to be nice but you're an idiot for not knowing you still have to come up to counter"

Wonderful experience.

All was wonderful;friendly and warm. One thing happening to me can't get into mychart. Nothing has changed. Kept putting in my password and username and wouldn't take. Tried making up another password and still wouldn't let me in. Was suppose to receive a call re: my vit D the bloodwork wasn't clear. Doc said when get answer if too low would have staff call me.. Let him know mychart wouldnt let me in. Dr. Malick is a wonderful dr. Hope can clear up mychart.

Dr Malick does a great job and keeps me healthy. I appreciate him so much. My health is getting better because of his help. Also. Dr Malicks nurse/assistant does a great job as well. Very professional. Very polite & (Painless shots ?) To whom it may concern, these two people have made my life better medically and piece of mine. Very, Very appreciative of them.

Dr Malick was seeing me for a routine physical, but due to some changes and concerns on my part, he spent almost an hour with me. That is amazing nowadays.

I don't think that he was happy with me because I didn't take a covid test. Only because I get sinus issues a couple times and year and with the change in the weather. It's not that I refused to take it I just didn't have one at home. Now if my appointment was in the office I sure would have taken one there in the office.

All the staff and nurses were very kind and polite and Dr. Malick was very very nice and understanding and I really like to make a doctor. I'm thinking about changing my original doctor to him so he can be my primary doctor.

Everything went great. I have only one suggestion, it would be great if there was benches outside by the entrance. I have back issues and at times need to sit, before going to my car. I noticed other people waiting for pickup and having difficulty standing. My mother was one, I would get her a wheelchair to wait while I got the car,then I would return the chair inside. If there were benches it would help so ? many.

My experience with this doctor and staff is lovely....Always listen to your patients l've had an irregular heart beat and a bubble behind my knee since god knows when....the knee may be the cause of the irregular heart beat fluid collects there often on the same side as my heart. I was told it was fat. I need the knee looked at and the fluid drained. I needed a heart scam since after corvid. My primary was told it was difficult to get in toch with the heart doctor for what ever reason the heart man phone was busy when I did get in touch told them I needed to be seen straight away I was put of a month in half to be seen. Thank God I am not dead yet. A patient knows changes in their bodies and when something isn't right. Blurry vision didn't come until I was placed on meds...the meds are causing blurry vision in me...several of my meds states they cause blurry. The vision test says there's nothing wrong with my eyes yet the blurry vision is there. My point in saying all this is no one's perfect not all get it right. I now have a phobia of going to doctors and the hospital I am deathly afraid of y'all my pressure goes ski high every time I have to see any of your doctors...I am working on how to resolve this in me.

This last experience was a very good experience. Dr. Malick did a really nice job. We can argue, about my about my supposed diabetes which we had agreed, I do not have. I have felt that Dr Malick not only listens to what I tell him but he always seems to be pro-active with care or referral for follow up.. I have never felt brushed off or that what I say is insignificant. He seems to go the extra mile! When my other provider did not bring a condition to my attention, Dr Malick ordered a test & then referred me to a specialist. I'm not a dr so I wouldn't have determined this condition on my own. I'm grateful that he caught it & brought it to my attention. That's the kind of dr I want to go to.. looking out for my well being.
