Cedar Creek Fancy Little Fox (DOB 7/8/17, 22 at birth ), is by our herdsire LN Foxbow and out of Cedar Creek Farms Fancy That. He is a gorgeous dark brown boy with a beautiful head, straight legs and a really nice top line. His sire has produced some outstanding foals for us, and this boy is no exception. His dam is our beautiful Fancy, perhaps one of the winningest miniature jennets in history. Fancy was not only a multiple grand champion at halter, but she was NDMA High Point Jennet of the year, and High point donkey, both Open and Green at The Great Celebration, Shelbyville TN. You can see her show record on our Awards page. At this point this friendly little guy looks to be halter/ stud quality.
This beautiful red boy (DOB 6/13/15) is the first foal by our champion herd sire, Sparks. His dam is our beautiful Fancy, perhaps one of the winningest miniature jennets in history. Fancy was not only a multiple grand champion at halter, but she was NDMA High Point Jennet of the year, and High point Jennet, both open and green at The Great Celebration, Shelbyville TN. Given his mom and dad, this little boy can’t help but be great in either performance or halter! He is bright red with a large white star on his forehead. He is short coupled with a gorgeous little head and outstanding legs. He is pictured at about 4 days of age. He is currently priced at $1500.
This gorgeous red boy (DOB 6/12/15) has the best of bloodlines. He is by LN Foxbow and out of Julie.. He is likely the last foal of Julie’s irreplaceable bloodlines. Champion producing Julie., is one the last of the great Jennie Sam daughters, one of the best producers in the miniature donkey industry. We have kept two of Julie’s daughters in our herd and they are outstanding. We expect this little boy to be as nice. He is going to be dark red and he has a pretty little head and great legs. At this point he looks to be herd sire quality. As both mom and dad are under 32”, we expect this little boy to be the same. He is very friendly and he can’t wait to greet anyone that comes in the pasture. He is pictured at 5 days of age. We hope to get some more pictures soon. He is priced at $1500 as a herd sire. He will be available for less if the new owner wants to geld him and have a fantastic pet! |
Cedar Creek Ravishing Ruby Cedar Creek Ravishing Ruby (DOB 8/18/2012). This little red jennet by Sonne out of Julie is exceptional. The astute breeder will recognize both her outstanding conformation and the quality of her pedigree. Her sire, LN Redsonne is a Merit of Breeding sire, with his Versatility Hall of Fame award. Sonne was a grand champion halter winner (at the Great Celebration in Shelbyville TN) as well as a High Point award winner at the same show. Rubys dam, the champion producing, Belle E Acres Little Red Julie, is one the last of the great Jennie Sam daughters, one of the best producers in the miniature donkey industry. Julie is 20 years old and this may be her last baby. Ruby, pictured at one week of age, has absolutely outstanding conformation, with the straightest of legs, both front and back. Ruby has a gorgeous little head and a short coupled body. As both mom and dad as well as her full siblings are under 32, we expect this little girl to stay small. Whether you are looking to upgrade your herd, or just starting out in the miniature donkey industry, you cant go wrong with this little red jennet. See more photos of Ruby also on our 'foals' page! |
Cedar Creek Strawberry Sondae Cedar Creek Strawberry Sondae, (DOB 6/14/12, 21.5” at birth), is a gorgeous red jennet (pictured at one week old) by Sonne and Muffy. This cross has worked so well in the past, producing herdsires and show donkeys, that we felt we could not go wrong by repeating it, and we were not disappointed (see other Sonne/Muffy foals on the “Our Herd” page and Raspberry Sonshine below). Strawberry’s sire, Sonne, is a Versatility Hall of Fame winner, as well as a Merit of breeding winner. Two of Strawberry’s paternal sisters have been the NMDA High Point jennet of the year (several times) as well as earning their Supreme driving award (the only mini jennets in the industry to do so). Strawberry’s dam, Muffy, was sired by the great Valentino 50th who has many champions to his credit. “Strawberry” has a beautiful head, short coupled body and straight legs and to complete the package, she is a beautiful sorrel! Besides having some of the best bloodlines the industry has to offer, coupled with her great conformation, makes Strawberry a top breeding/show/performance prospect. She is puppy dog friendly and is one of the first to come up and be petted. If you are looking for a show, breeding or performance jennet or just an outstanding companion, she may be your girl! (see her also on the “Our Herd Page”.) |
Cedar Creek Julie's Jubilee Cedar Creek Julies Jubilee (DOB 3/28/11, 22 at birth). This gorgeous little sorrel jennet carries some of the industries best foundation bloodlines. She is out of our Jennie Sam daughter, Julie. Jennie Sam was one of the best foundation jennets in the industry and our Julie (who is also a producer of champions) is one of the last living/producing Jennie Sam progeny. As Julie is 19 years old, this new little girl will likely be one of her last foals. Jubilee is sired by our halter and performance champion, Sonne, who also carries some of the industries best bloodlines. Because this pairing has worked so well, we have only bred Julie to Sonne. Jubilee is pictured at 5 days of age and she is already so independent, that we could not get her to stay with mom! Jubilee is gorgeous from her head to her toes. The quality of this jennet is obvious from the pictures. We expect her to stay small as neither parent is over 32 and her full sister is under 31 at 1½ years of age. Only because we are keeping Julies last jennet foal, I Lov Lucy, are we willing to sell Jubilee. If you are looking for a future show/breeding jennet, Jubilee may be just what you are looking for. This is Jubilee at one year of age. She is a gorgeous little jennet that should mature at around 32. She has a beautiful head, topline and legs. Everything about her is first class. In the pictures, her red color is a little washed out as she had been clipped just the day before. In a couple weeks she will again be a beautiful red color. She has a pedigree that is second to none in the miniature donkey industry. She loves people and she is an in your pocket type of donkey. If you are looking for a first class jennet, you can't go wrong with this little girl. |
